The sea view from the room offered a pleasant escape, especially when you finally caught a glimpse through the extra-long view of the car park. The room was spacious enough for a couple with bags, although navigating through the winding corridors could be a bit of an adventure.
The breakfast scene could use some sharpening—arriving at chaos and running out of fried eggs didn't scream quality, especially at the four-star level. The plug in the sink was reported broken on day one but never resolved. A broken fan sat in the room, making things feel neglected. Creaky floorboards overhead at night added an unwanted soundtrack to the stay, while the absence of heating turned chilly evenings into a minor discomfort. The intimidating presence of door bouncers felt unnecessarily heavy for such a quiet area.

Would definitely recommend for a flash visit
Excellent staff, excellent food that was both of good quality and reasonably priced, which made our stay enjoyable during our four nights in a very clean room with a flat-screen TV and convenient beach access just 18 km from the nearest airport.
Absolutely satisfied

This was just a smart choice for a rapid stop in Tynemouth with exceptional value. The staff were brilliant when we asked to move rooms due to noise issues. Make sure to check the room placement if quiet is what you need.

We stayed in the Sea View Double or Twin Room for 3 nights. The views of the sea were stunning, and the room was tastefully decorated and sparkling clean. The pillows were pretty hard, though—I ended up buying another one to sleep better. Still, everything else was great!

Comfortable seaside stay with great staff
I had a lovely stay in a Sea View Double Twin Room, with super comfy beds and stunning views of Tynemouth Longsands. The bar staff were incredibly nice, making for a relaxing atmosphere while enjoying drinks. Breakfast was solid, offering a buffet with delicious options, including pancakes! It would be nice to see a few more choices on the dinner menu for variety.

The sea view room offered a stunning backdrop, perfect for a couple's getaway. Amenities like free parking and comfortable bedding enhanced the overall experience.
The room temperature was a bit much, so a fan was necessary, but the windows barely opened, which made cooling down tricky. Breakfast arrangements felt chaotic with limited refills on plates and drinks. it created a sense of awkwardness when asking for more. I encountered a cramped shower cubicle that would be challenging for anyone larger-than-average, impacting overall comfort in the bathroom.

Delightful Stay with Exceptional Service!
My stay was delightful, particularly enjoying the warm atmosphere during dinner with friends. Chris on the bar provided outstanding service, ensuring our tab was easy to manage. The prawn starter, while pricey, was a treat. Be prepared for potential menu limitations, but it's a charming spot for gatherings!

Lovely stay with a few quirks
We stayed for a night and loved the fresh, clean vibe of the place. The staff were super friendly and quick with service. We had a great meal at the bar area, and my daughter got some coloring stuff to keep her busy. Just wish the booths weren't so dark. it made it tricky to see the menu.
